Checked out this cool brunch cafe at the Biopolis area last week. Yes, Biopolis!! There are cool places in there despite the unglam location.

And although I would consider myself familiar with the area, we still took a good 15mins circling around to find the correct road where the cafe is located. @_@

It was a hot day. We were seated at a corner, which was rather stuffy, where the air-con did not reach us. The place had an industrial decor, pretty non-fuss.

 Drinking already in the morning. Nay, it's just the ice water they served!

 

Dear ordered a vegemite breadstick which he enjoyed (brings back childhood memories, he said). I found it a bit too salty for me though. 

My eggs benedict. Decent but not mindblowing. Guess I'm not really a benedict fan. The rocket salad they served was good :) Which was surprising for a non-vege eater like me. It tasted fresh (with no pungent vege taste, all you non-vege eaters will know what I mean) and the vinaigrette dressing simply paired well with the rocket leaves.
