It was quite a fulfilling day today although we played mahjong AGAIN. Haha.
Dear picked me up and we decided to go to Woodlands to a factory that sells seafood at wholesale prices. The aim was to pick up cheap salmon sushi, which we bought a box for $11. We brought it back to Dear's place to eat. Yummz, except that I think the quantity was a bit too much for us haha. No pics as I was lazy to take photos. Lol.
We also bought frozen soup and marinated baby octopus from the shop. When we were about to make payment, the staff started shouting that the police came to issue summons and everyone rushed to their cars, including Dear. Such an irony lor, fining ppl who came to get bargains. Luckily we didn't get a summon but some of the other cars were fined.
We chilled and played mahjong later in the afternoon, to while away time before Dear went to meet his fellow Proton drivers for a gathering. Never thought that Dear would attend such a "nerdy" thing, cos he had never met these guys from the car forum.
So here I am waiting for Dear to come back to tell me about his gathering, and doing my own stuff. And looking forward to the mahjong session tml after church! I noe I sound like an addict, but it is really a cheap and fun way to while time away!
